Our Home Staging Consultation will provide you with a comprehensive room-by-room staging assessment and plan. This consultation is a “how to” for preparing
your home for sale in order to get top dollar and minimize its time on the market.
Our consultation includes detailed and prioritized recommendations for painting, cleaning, basic repairs, floor/carpets, de-cluttering, lighting, furniture removal, optimum furniture arrangement, window treatments, and addition of decorative accessories to showcase your property. Exterior of property is included.

Comprehensive Home Staging Service for Furnished Properties
With our Comprehensive Home Staging Service, we will personally prepare your property for sale. Using proven techniques, we will maximize its best features and minimize its least desirable ones.
With Comprehensive Home Staging, we will work with the furniture and accessories that are currently in your property, often making some recommendations for addition of items for ultimately “showcasing” your home.
These additional items may be purchased by the homeowner or rented from Anne Kenney Associates.
It is ideal to do this staging once you have taken care of any recommended painting and repairs
This Service includes:
- De-cluttering all rooms and closets, packing and labeling of extra items.
- Editing and optimum placement of furniture and accessories to emphasize
flow and space. - Shopping for key items such as bedding, window treatments, shower
curtains and bath accessories, decorative items, silk plants and flowers. - Showcasing your property for Open House.

This service is recommended to enhance the appeal of vacant properties. Vacant properties exaggerate their empty and cold appearance. Furthermore, vacant
rooms appear smaller than when they are furnished and staged.
