The first Accredited Staging Professional “Master” (ASPM) in Manhattan, Anne Kenney is a veteran of Barbara Schwarz’s Stagedhomes.com training program. After personally studying with Ms. Schwarz in California, Anne returned to NYC and has been helping sellers receive maximum return on properties of all ages and styles. “Staging is a powerful marketing tool”, Anne says.” It’s packaging and it’s strategic. I believe it’s important to have a clear, articulated strategy for every staging we do.” “To get the best results for our clients, we must identify and rectify challenges that will present obstacles to its sale. In order to do this, we tap into our team of stagers, professional organizers, designers, contractors and feng shui consultants as well as a wide range of unique furniture, accessories and original art resources.” “Every property is unique and we believe every staging should be unique. We work hard to customize each project. You’ll never see the same set design.” “These days, we perform a lot of staging ‘triage.’ It’s our job to have our clients invest the least amount where they will get the maximum return.” Prior to her staging career, Anne spent 20+ years in senior-level marketing positions. She credits her corporate experiences with honing her desire for tangible results, sensitivity to client needs and budgets, excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism. A former senior level marketing executive as well as an avid photographer and artist, Anne’s staging career is the perfect intersection of her marketing and design experiences and love of real estate. She enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge of staging through speaking engagements, as well as mentoring and coaching junior stagers. Anne has lived in NYC since 1979 and is a graduate of Stanford University. |
